Federal prosecutors on Thursday unveiled a brand new indictment towards Sam Bankman-Fried, charging the FTX founder with extra prison counts and making detailed allegations that he engaged in conduct that led to his alternate’s collapse.
The indictment, unsealed Thursday, expenses the 30-year-old Bankman-Fried with 12 prison counts.
